How does the Elecface platform work?
The Elecface devices and modems transmit 8-byte data packets over the LoRa WAN or ENB wireless protocol at a frequency of 868.8 MHz (does not require licensing). The base station receives and processes signals from all the Elecface’s devices within a radius of 3-5 km. All stations transmit data to the server, which performs data processing, monitoring, and device management. The user receives information in the Elecface.Cloud personal account or via the API to his application.
Proprietary ENB protocol
We use several standards for data transmission in the LPWAN network. Our products use the LoRaWAN standard, but we also develop and implement our own ENB standard, which allows us to achieve greater throughput and transmission over longer distances in comparison with LoRaWAN devices of similar power:
- processing of 1 million devices by one station;
- information transmission range up to 40 km;
- the signal penetrates through 3 concrete walls;
- does not require licensing.
